Add something to the Padlet board (open all week). A place for members to share positive experiences or give someone a shout out. You can keep it anonymous or add your name.

Have a go at meditating (learn more here) or try this guided meditation from The Royal Parks. Alternatively try to relax in a different way by doing something you love. Maybe reading, listening to your favourite podcast or sitting in the garden?
Listening to music can be great for improving your mood. Check out, 2016 - music & mental health with James Acaster & Nish Kumar. What is your 'go to' song for when you need a pick me up?
