Check in with other members & encourage them to join us this week. Do you know someone who hasn't been to the club for a while?

Add something to the Padlet board (open all week). A place for members to share positive experiences or give someone a shout out. You can keep it anonymous or add your name.

Tuesday 14th May
Regular daytime run
Regular runs at club night
A walk & talk session @ club night with Sue & Heather
Bake sale after the runs/walk - proceeds in the form of donations to Leeds Mind (donation page open all month)

Wednesday 15th May
Complete a task which you've been putting off for ages.

Bike ride with Richard B, 6pm from the Nelson - riding out to Skelton Lake & back
Thursday 16th May
Meditate for 10 mins. Or try to relax by doing something you love. Maybe reading or just sitting in the garden?
Wendy's hill session, 6:30 @ Middleton Woods Visitor Centre (by the lake)

Friday 17th May
Track session is cancelled. Why not get yourself booked onto the Bluebell walk on Sunday?

Saturday 18th May
Parkrun league @ Huddersfield, followed by breakfast & a post run chat at a local cafe
Sunday 19th May
Afternoon bluebell walk in Middleton Woods, starting & finishing @ the Nelson. Meet at 2pm. Followed by drinks in the sun (hopefully). Well behaved family members & dogs are welcome
