Track Session
Please note that there will be no track session on Friday 26th April 2024
Walk & Talk is still on & will start from Hunslet Nelson Cricket Club @ 6pm
Friday night is our track night!
For 40 weeks of the year we have access to the track at
South Leeds Stadium, LS11 5DJ.
The track is available between 6-7pm and is open to all.
You have three options:
1. Paul's Track Session (weekly)
this session is not led, so come with your own plan to walk or run
2. Wendy's Coaching (every other week)
3. Walk & Talk (monthly)
