Here at South Leeds Lakers we have regular coaching sessions. Click on the links to read more about our coach Wendy & her running hints and tips.
Example session
Begin with a 5 min warm up followed by ;
15 mins of footwork drills
15 mins of an agility course - using cones, low hurdles & agility ladders.
20 mins on the track doing intervals as a team.
All will be explained on the night.
Finishing with a 5 min warm down.
All abilities welcome, so don't be shy if you've not been before!
